Scheduling and Project Controls

HAKS understands the vital importance of an accurate project schedule to project success, the client’s budget, and on-time delivery.  To achieve firm project control, we use the critical path method (CPM) system as a vital project management tool.  Our CPM analysis evaluates project status, forecasts risks, evaluates changes to the baseline and offers productive solutions for issues as they arise.
 
We work proactively with contractors, architects and engineers to resolve scheduling issues.  We develop approaches for all project stakeholders and partners to revise activity sequencing, provide additional resources, and/or work additional shifts and overtime as needed to overcome scheduling obstacles that could cause significant project control and completion problems while being vigilant of the budgetary constraints.
